Pricing, Fees, and Costs

1. Crypto-Asset Pricing

For crypto-assets that are not stablecoins, Bleap sources reference prices from independent, reliable providers. These prices are refreshed every 10 seconds to reflect current market conditions.

For stablecoins, the reference price is fixed at 1 EUR per unit for EUR stablecoins and 1 USD per unit for USD stablecoins, as they are designed to track their underlying fiat currency.

The price shown at checkout includes the reference price plus any applicable spread. Because quotes refresh every 10 seconds, this is provided as an estimate. The final price you pay when buying, or receive when selling, is determined at the moment Bleap receives your deposited amount.

  • Buy transactions: The payout amount shown is fixed once Bleap receives your fiat payment and all required compliance checks are completed.
  • Sell and bridge transactions: The payout amount shown is an indicative quote. The final amount is locked once Bleap receives the crypto-assets you send to the wallet address provided and the transaction is confirmed on the source network.

2. Fees

When you transact with Bleap, the following fees may apply:

Network Fee

A blockchain network (gas) fee may apply when transferring crypto-assets. This fee depends on network congestion and operational costs at the time of the transaction. It will always be shown to you as a separate line item (β€œNetwork fee”).

Processing Fee

This covers costs such as payment processing, order handling, fraud protection, and settlement expenses.

  • For buy and sell transactions, a minimum fee may apply if your order is below a certain threshold.
  • Fees vary by payment method, transaction type, and your country of residence.
  • Exact fees will always be displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Spreads

A small spread may be added to the asset price shown to you. This accounts for market volatility, differences between networks, and helps ensure that your transaction can be executed smoothly.

Spreads apply to buy, sell, and bridge transactions, and are always built into the price you see during checkout β€” there are no hidden markups.

4. Bank Fees

Your bank or card provider may charge their own fees (e.g., for international transactions or incoming transfers). These are outside of Bleap’s control. Please confirm with your bank if you’re unsure.

5. Operating Costs

To process your transactions, Bleap incurs a number of costs, including but not limited to:

  • Network and withdrawal costs – blockchain gas fees incurred in buying, sending, transferring, or sweeping crypto-assets.
  • Third-party payment costs – fees from banks and acquirers for collecting and distributing customer payments.
  • Liquidity provider costs – expenses related to buying or selling crypto-assets and ensuring order completion.
  • Bridging costs – fees and liquidity balancing charges from cross-chain providers when moving assets between networks.
  • Incomplete transaction costs – processing and withdrawal costs incurred when transactions are not completed.
  • Sweeping costs – expenses incurred when consolidating deposits and balancing crypto-assets between internal wallets.
  • Third-party payment costs – fees from banks for collecting and distributing customer payments.

In addition, Bleap covers transaction-related expenses required to provide a secure and seamless service, such as KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, blockchain analysis, infrastructure, and transaction monitoring.

6. Order Finality

Liquidity refers to the ease with which an asset can be converted into cash without significantly affecting its market price. The crypto-asset market, however, can be illiquid at times, particularly for newer or less-traded assets. This is because there may be fewer active buyers and sellers compared to more established financial markets.

As a result, you face the following risks:

  • Buy transactions: Your order is final once Bleap receives your fiat payment and completes all required compliance checks.
  • Sell transactions: Your order is final once the crypto-assets you are selling are received in the Bleap wallet address provided, confirmed on the source network, and pass compliance checks.
  • Bridge transactions: Your order is final once the crypto-assets you are bridging are received in the Bleap wallet address provided, confirmed on the source network, and pass compliance checks.
